She has managed distance education programs and developed curriculum for a competency-based education program. She holds a Ph.D. in Learning Technologies, an M.Ed. in Instructional Technology, an M.H.S.A. in Health Management and Policy, and a B.S. in Finance.
Secret has worked in government and higher education for over 20 years as a career developer, instructional designer, and Master Trainer. She is an ATD Certified Instructional Designer and holds a B.A. She has implemented and managed several professional development programs within community college institutions and developed workforce programs within organizations.
